Brand Identity Redesign

The development and design of a new logo and brand identity for B Brothers Honey.

New Design Sketches

When concepting the new B Brothers Honey brand identity, specifically the logo, three generalised design directions were explored. The first was ‘round’, utilising circles and curved edges - the second was ‘anatomical’, which experimented with more realistic imagery - and the third ‘geometric’, relied on straight lines and Euclidean shapes. All of these directions were taken in an attempt to reach a honey bee logo design that communicates the ideals: ‘premium quality’ and ‘brand reliability’

Finalised Artwork

Considering the design objectives outlined in the project brief, namely '“luxury” and “quality”, as well as favouring clarity over complexity, a ‘geometric’ design style was selected over the others. From this a finalised logo and art direction will be developed for the premium branded B Brothers Honey products.

Product Packaging

The premium packaging concept shown here takes ques from various popular packaging designs on the market today. The champion here is minimalism. Such a streamlined design language is in keeping with that applied throughout this redesign / rebranding process - clean & simple. White text on a black background is the base of this design - in combination with capitalised bold type, gold foil, and inverted colours to highlight key details.
